Who we are

Qwen Gift Cards (https://qwengiftcards.com) is run by Maragato Coaching Corp ("we"). Contact: support@qwengiftcards.com. We are not affiliated with Alibaba Cloud, the Qwen team or Amazon Web Services.

What you buy

A gift card is a single-use code with a value of $10, $20 or $50 in US dollars. Redeeming it adds that value to the balance of a Qwen Gift Cards account. The balance pays for use of the Qwen3 Coder Next model through our service, at the prices on the home page. A gift card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as described under Refunds.

Price and payment

The price of a card is its face value. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. The price shown at checkout is final. Taxes, if any apply in your location, are shown at checkout.

Delivery

Codes are delivered by email to the address given at checkout, normally within minutes. If you entered a recipient, they receive the code and you receive a copy. You are responsible for entering the right address. Keep codes private: anyone who has a code can redeem it.

Expiry

Codes and balances do not expire.

Usage prices

Usage is charged per token: $0.50 per million input tokens and $1.20 per million output tokens. If our cost from Amazon Web Services changes, we may change these prices with at least 30 days' notice on this site. Credits already in your balance are then charged at the new price.

Refunds

You can get a full refund for a code that has not been redeemed, if you ask within 30 days of purchase. Email us with the order number. The code is cancelled when we issue the refund. Redeemed credits and used balances are not refundable, except where the law requires it. If a payment is disputed or charged back, we cancel all unredeemed codes from that order.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, to harm others, to attack or overload the service, to resell access, or in breach of the acceptable use policies of Amazon Bedrock and the Qwen model license. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we suspend an account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused balance.

Prompt logs

We store all prompts and responses, encrypted, for 30 days, then delete them. See the privacy policy.

Service and liability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it. Model output can be wrong; check it before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not reduce the value of codes or balances you already have.
